Aaaahhhh…I really needed a rest week. Not so much because of training, but because life and work have been going crazy since oh, about Thanksgiving. So for the week, I said screw the diet, relax on the training, and just enjoy the fact that my son turned 3 this week. I did manage to get a Lactate Threshold test in, so that’s a good thing moving into base 2. In any case if you were keeping score-

Hours 6.5

Distance 33 (mostly dirt!)

Average HR 145

 

Fixie rides start this week, along with hilly endurance. Woo-hoo.
