Race week…here it comes- the Marysville team relay, the first race of the MASS series. We had our team meeting yesterday along with a team ride at Sals- turnout was pretty good but I wish more of the team could have made it. We did have the ‘core’ racers out which was good, and other than my crash, there was no real carnage ;).  In any case, this week is all about testing my pre-race routines. Tapering, eating, openers, everything. I will keep you posted on how it goes, but since this one is a ‘fun’ event and doesn’t count individually, I have some room to play with my routine, and I intend to use it. Game on!
